PDL Book "Paddling Against the Current" Makes Its New England Debut

Barbara Delinsky wrote many bestselling novels including "The Woman Next Door" and "Coast Road," which featured a heroine who is a breast cancer survivor. After both Delinsky and her mother were diagnosed with breast cancer she wrote "Uplift," which covers all the small questions that women ask when they are faced with a similar diagnosis. Written in a warm, often funny, always reassuring way, the book was published in 2001.
